DigniFlow is a centralized, tech-driven platform to streamline delivery of menstrual products

Mission: Transforming access to menstrual products

Theory of Change: If we create DigniFlow, a tech-driven platform where consumers can purchase and pool resources for menstrual health products, then vulnerable girls will consistently receive necessary supplies, and the result will be improved menstrual dignity, community-wide health benefits and a positive environmental impact.

Young girls in Africa continue to face significant challenges in accessing reliable menstrual products. Approximately 1.2 billion women and girls worldwide still lack access to adequate menstrual products and facilities, impacting their ability to manage their periods with dignity. Conventional methods such as one-off donations of providing these products often lack sustainability, highlighting the ongoing need for support for girls in vulnerable situations. Global Citizen survey (2023) indicates that 65% of respondents are eager to support social causes but remain uncertain about the impact of their contributions. As of 2024, the menstrual health sector in Kenya still lacks a centralized platform that integrates both mainstream and alternative (eco-friendly) products, limiting choices and failing to address diverse cultural and personal needs. DigniFlow, a centralized tech-platform, is committed to delivering consistent menstrual product access to 500,000 vulnerable girls by 2030.

DigniFlow is a tech-driven platform:
1. Offering centralized access to diverse menstrual products (including locally made and eco-friendly options).
2. Empowering local entrepreneurs and small businesses through period products market participation.
3. Scaling efficient, reliable delivery to vulnerable girls in underserved areas via optimized supply chains (pooling of resources).
4. Allocating profits from long-term subscriptions to improve menstrual dignity for vulnerable girls.
5. Providing transparent impact reporting, linking consumer purchases to tangible social and environmental outcomes.
